#Hampden100k Winners Announced

Hibernian Supporters are delighted to confirm that we have donated £53,375.00 to the club in January.

This contribution represents the highest ever monthly total raised for the football club since the inception of Hibernian Supporters in 2015 and we thank everyone who donated for their incredible generosity at a difficult time for us all.

As supporters we were all disappointed with the outcome of the Betfred Cup semi-final against St Johnstone but we thank all fans who continued to donate following the match. We all now look forward to the remainder of the season with Matt Macey, Jackson Irvine and Chris Cadden added to the squad during the January transfer window.

Hibernian Supporters chairman Jim Adie is very grateful for the backing the Hampden £100k initiative has received since the beginning of January and hopes this can act as a springboard to further support while fans remain away from Easter Road.

“Fans who have taken the time to contribute to the campaign can rest assured we have achieved something significant this month and everyone at Hibernian Supporters thanks each and every one of you for your support.

“With our highest single monthly donation on its way to the football club at an important time of the season we can all feel like we have made a real difference in the club’s push for European football.

“Hopefully the Hampden initiative has increased understanding of what Hibernian Supporters are all about. We are taking our role as the club’s second largest shareholder  very seriously and while our fundamental objectives have not changed we are doing our utmost to support the club financially during these difficult times.

“We’ve had a number of fans get in touch to say they’ve now started regular contributions, which is very encouraging indeed.”

All contributors who made donations of over £25 throughout January were automatically entered into a draw to win a selection of prizes from the club and its partners.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Glory glory.
